I cannot send or receive notes

            1. Make sure that your phone has a good internet connection
            2. Delete the CUBINOTE app, reinstall it again, then try to send/receive notes again
            3. If the problem remains, please contact our support and provide us with:
              • Diagnostic report (To get it, press Cubinote's button twice)
              • Phone model & OS
