Wi-Fi configuration stops and fails at Step 3: Sending setup info to Cubinote

This issue happens on some Android devices with a high OS version(Android 8.0 or higher). To complete the setup, please follow the instruction below.
  1. Turn off your phone's internet data and connect to your Wi-Fi network.
  2. If the process stops at step 2, please follow the next step. Otherwise, just wait until the process completes.

How to connect to Wi-Fi manually


  1. Without exiting from the Cubinote app, please go to your Wi-Fi setting.
  2. Manually connect to a Wi-Fi named “Cubinote-xxxx”
  3. Switch back to Cubinote app, and then the setup process will continue. Please wait until all the steps are completed.
  4. Go to your phone's Wi-Fi setting and connect to your Wi-Fi network again.
