How to enable 2.4 GHz band on my router?
To make sure that Cubinote will be compatible with your Wi-Fi, please configure your router first, then enable the 2.4 GHz band. Here's how to do that.
How to configure my router to be compatible with Cubinote
You need to log in to your Wi-Fi router setup. If you haven't changed your default username and password for your Wi-Fi router, here's the login information for some router brands. If you have other router brands, please search on the internet for its login information.

Then, configure the setup as shown below.
RADIO MODE: Set to B, G, B/G/N mixed or B/G mixed. N-Only is not compatible with Cubinote.
BANDWIDTH: Set to 20 or 20/40 Mhz.
SECURITY/PASSCODES: Set to WPA or WPA2 with a recommended 10-character password.
MAC FILTERING: Set to be disabled
DNS: Primary DNS should be 8.8.8.8
After setting up these settings, you have successfully configured your router.
How to enable 2.4 GHz band on my router?
After you logged in to your router setup, you'll see 2 frequency bands, then, you can enable the 2.4 GHz band.
Once you're connected to the 2.4 GHz network, then you can proceed with setting up your Cubinote with this Wi-Fi network.
