Cubinote Pro is bound to an email, how to release it?

If your Cubinote is not bounded to your Cubinote account

Please contact our support and provide us with a photo of your diagnostic report(to get it, press the button on the device twice) and your proof of purchase. Our support team will assist you to release the device.


If your Cubinote is bounded to your Cubinote account

Here's how to release the device.
1. Sign in with the email that is bounded to the device


2. Go to Account & Settings, then open Cubinote Settings

  


3. Tap the Cubinote device you want to release, then tap Deregister Device, then tap OK
