The latest firmware version for Cubinote Pro is V2.2. If your firmware version is not the latest, we'd suggest upgrading it to its latest version for best performance. To find out your device's firmware version, press the button twice, and then you'll see the firmware version is printed out.

Normally, the firmware upgrade will happen automatically when the device is online. If your firmware version is not the latest, please follow the steps below.

Please unplug the device from the power outlet, and then plug it in again to restart the power. Then, the device will try to upgrade the firmware again.

Please re-configure the Wi-Fi with a new Wi-Fi network(different from the previous Wi-Fi). After the device is online, it will automatically upgrade the firmware.
